1. Email Verification Issues

Problem: You signed up but the Discord email never arrives, so you can’t authenticate your account.

Fix:

Double-check your email spelling.

Look in Spam/Junk/Promotions folders.

If you use Gmail, search for from:discord.

If nothing shows, tap “Resend Email” in the app.

Still stuck? Try using a different email provider (Gmail works best).
Try sending verification from a different device or use a different network (mobile data vs WiFi).

Allowlist / whitelist noreply@discord.com, notifications@discord.com, support@discord.com in your email settings.

2. QR Code Login Confusion (Mobile Users)

Problem: Discord shows a QR code on your phone screen and asks you to scan it. But how can you scan your own screen?

Why it Happens: QR login is meant to log you into Discord on your computer by scanning with your phone. If you only have your phone, the QR screen is useless.

Fix:

On the mobile app, tap “Log in with Email/Phone” instead of QR.

If it doesn’t show up, open discord.com/app in your mobile browser → log in with email → it’ll connect to the app.

New users: tap Register to create an account — skip QR entirely.
